B complex

this will help build nerves and form acetylcholine; I generally use this in conjunction with SAMe. B vitamins are particularly critical for memory. They also help to make acetylcholine which has been shown to be correlated with memory issues. B vitamins help the liver, help the body to deal with stress and should help to prevent viral infections. Stress depletes B vitamins. They are water soluble; any excess is excreted so B's need to be supplemented on a daily basis. Excess B's may turn urine a bright yellow- this is fine! It is important to take B vitamins as a complex, as it has been shown that taking a single B vitamin will deplete the levels of the other B vitamin's and this occurs in a dose dependent fashion. For example, a central inflammatory mediator in other neurological inflammation is homocysteine. Lack of particular B's will increase the homocysteine levels in the blood. This general B supplement should help to lower homocysteine levels.
