Borage Oil

this is an excellent source of both omega 3 and omega 6 essential fatty acids. I find that Borage Oil works especially well to soothe dry irritated skin. This is why we carry it as a supplement to be taken orally as well as a topical lotion (Shikai). I prefer borage oil to evening primrose oil for "PMS type symptoms" or breast soreness associated with menstrual cycles. I have found that it is more effective for these conditions.
