Carnitine

has been found to be helpful for the heart and for the liver, particularly in cases of hepatotoxicity. It also is useful in converting fat into energy, increasing the energy in the mitochondria which are the energy storage centers in your cells, and helps to control cholesterol. I have also found it to be useful for intermittent leg claudication.
