Studies of the Sequence Distribution of 2'-O-Methylribose in Yeast Soluble Ribonucleates

I like to think of CoQ10 as the "currency" that the cells of your body trade in rather than money. As a result, it is important for your cells to have adequate stores of CoQ10. This will help w/ energy, build new nerves and help with membrane fluidity. Based on a recent NIH study with respect to Parkinson's, more is better with CoQ10. CoQ10 is an important antioxidant for oxidative damage in the body, including in the fat phase, not simply the water phase in the cells. There have been reports that indicate that low levels of CoQ10 are a factor in congestive heart failure. In my opinion any individual taking statin drugs or natural supplements to regulate cholesterol levels should be supplementing with CoQ10 on a daily basis.
