Echinacea

this is a classic herb that is used to support the immune system. I find that it is most effective if used as a trio, in conjunction with elderberry and goldenseal. Echinacea should not be used as a daily supplement. Rather, it should only be used when needed. Individuals with allergies should be cautious in their use of this herb; individuals with autoimmune conditions should avoid the use of echinacea.
