Green Tea

I can't say enough good things about green tea as a supplement. It has been described as helpful in everything from cancer prevention to helping to protect from sunburns, to increasing the metabolism for weight management. While there are a number of green teas on the market, many of these are not really a potent source of this supplement. I drink several cups of true herbal green tea everyday. In addition, I personally take this supplement to ensure that I have adequate levels of green tea in my system. We also carry a topical Green Tea sun screen to help protect against UV rays.
