Melatonin

I have personally found this supplement to be useful for aiding in sleep. Melatonin is also reported to be a powerful antioxidant in the brain; low levels of melatonin are found in a number of types of neurological inflammation, particularly Parkinsons disease. It may therefore be useful in cases of neurological inflammation. There is anecdotal information to suggest that melatonin could be useful for hormone sensitive cancers such as breast cancer or prostate cancer. We carry several types of melatonin- immediate release is suggested for those who have trouble falling asleep. Time release is suggested for those who can fall asleep, but wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep. And a combination product, Natural Sleep is suggested for those who have trouble both falling asleep and staying asleep.
