Relaxation- This supplement is a combination of a number of calming and relaxing herbs to help with stress reduction or tension, which includes Theanine, oat, magnolia, chamomile, lemon balm, valerian, scullcap, hops, passionflower, magnesium, and B-6. This combination may help to increase the number of GABA receptors.
Rosemary- This herb is reported to be helpful for memory, and to help increase glutathione levels. Rosemary also helps to keep the Carnosine intact so that it can function properly. This combination works really well when taken together.
Rhubarb- This herb is reported to be useful in helping to stem bleeding problems. There is also literature that supports its use to help aid in occasional constipation without causing diarrhea.
